Chef Hervé fell in love with Japanese cuisine, and travelled through Vietnam, Morocco and Central America exploring their histories through gastronomy. Folding subtle flavors and techniques from his travels into his current repertoire, Chef Hervé’s creations are unique, playful and full of life.

Chef Giancarlo Morelli, 1-Star Michelin Chef

Giancarlo Morelli is a Michelin star chef, known in the world of haute cuisine, as well as a business owner of four restaurants throughout Italy. He’s an experienced chef in leading star-rated restaurants in the US and France, as well as working as an Executive Chef on Princess Cruises. Chef Morelli has served as a consultant for several Italian restaurant companies around the world, which later led him to embark on his entrepreneurial path when he opened Pomiroeu in Milan.
