Easter Egg

Pastry Chef Adrien Bozzolo has created an original chocolate sculpture in nod to the upcoming Rugby World Cup hosted in France and to honor his passion for this sport. This ultra-realistic ‘trompe l'oeil’ replicates the stitching and laces of a vintage leather rugby ball. Made of dark chocolate with fruity and acidulous notes, the egg reveals pure Belizean chocolate candies and mini cookies hidden in its heart.
