キッズ ヨガ

経験豊富なヨガインストラクターが指導する、このダイナミックなセッションで、お子さまのヨガへの興味を引き出しませんか。ヨガのポーズとインタラクティブな物語、音楽、アートとを組み合わせた、五感を刺激するセッションで、お子さまにこの古来の習わしに慣れ親しんでいただきます。

セッションは1時間で、毎週日曜日の10:00に開催されます。ご参加いただけるのは4～11歳のお子さまで、料金は1名様あたり50シンガポールドルです。最少催行人員は3人です。
