Phoenix Tea House celebrates everything about this wonderful drink, giving guests insight into both the delicate preparation and health benefits of tea. Offering a range of speciality teas including Pu Er, Tie Guan Yin and Xi Hu Long Jing, the menu features some tea leaves up to a century old.

 

In addition to the fine teas on offer, there are also beautiful displays of ancient chinaware, some individual handmade teapots and numerous books on the history of tea for guests to peruse.
